Summary:Reasonable sleep and exercise are closely related to cardiovascular health. Many evidence-based medicine studies suggest that seven to eight hours of sleep and a nap for thirty minutes one day is beneficial to human body health, and proper exercise can reduce cardiovascular risk. However, sleep or exercise too much is bad for your health. So we should comply with the law of nature, combine exercise and rest, to achieve the goal of health promotion and disease prevention.
