| Summary: | In the communication based train control system (CBTC) signaling system architecture, CI operation control and automatic train supervision(ATS) local workstation are two independent operating terminals playing different roles. However, with the wide application of CBTC system in China and the refined management and operation requirements of the metro system, many customers have asked for local workstation integration. This paper proposes three types of local workstation architecture scheme by comparing the functional differences between the two terminals in the CBTC system architecture. By changing the interface architecture and deployment location, the three schemes have achieved the goal of unifying terminal interface style and unifying operation mode on the basis of meeting the functional requirements, improving the user experience and convenience, and reducing the number of station equipment. Scheme 1 has been safely operating on Changsha Urban Mass Transit Lines 3 and 4 for a total of 27 months. Scheme 2 and 3 provide ideas for the subsequent joint design plan, but further engineering applications are required. |
