ABSTRACT This case highlights the role of cardiac imaging in detecting the evolution of cardiac involvement during thoracic lymphoma and the importance of optimal chemotherapy, which leads to a rapid improvement of the cardiac dysfunction, without the need for cardiac pharmacotherapy.
