腮腺淋巴上皮瘤样癌中EB病毒基因的表达
摘 要 采用原位杂交和免疫组化技术,检测20例腮腺淋巴上皮瘤样癌( LELC)组织中EB病毒编码的小 RN A( EBE Rs )、潜伏感染膜蛋白( LM Pl )、溶解感染期立即早期基因编码蛋白ZEB RA、早期基因编码蛋白E AD 、晚期基因编码蛋白VC A和M A。结果EB ERs阳性率为100% ( 20 /20) , LM Pl阳性率为85% ( 17 /20) , ZEBRA 均为阴性, EA-D阳性率85% ( 17 /20) , V CA阳性率60% ( 12 /20) , M A阳性率为0. 5% ( 1 /20)。阳性信号限 于癌细胞。癌周正常组织和间质细胞均阴性。...
