不同热、冷缺血时间对供肝胆道保存的影响
目的: 探讨不同热、冷缺血时间对供肝胆道的影响。方法: 将经历不同热缺血时间的SD 大鼠肝脏用 4 ℃ UW 液( solution of University of Wisconsin)经门静脉灌注,胆管用 4 ℃ UW 液或 Ringer 液逆行灌注后置 4 ℃ UW 液中保存一定时限。光镜观察胆道粘膜。结果: UW 液灌注组: 热缺血时间在 3 min 以内胆道经历12 h 冷缺血后无明显改变; 热缺血时间达 5 min 的胆道在经历 12 h 冷缺血后出现严重的损 伤。用 R inger液进行胆道灌洗效果欠佳。结论:①UW 液对供肝胆道有保护作用。 ②关于供肝胆道的保存时限: 热缺血时...
