分枝杆菌在液体培养基中的L型诱导
通过对不同生长时期的卡介苗及耻垢分枝杆菌以不同组合和浓度的D-环丝氨酸（cyc）和氨苄青霉素（AMP）进行L型诱导,综合染色镜检、菌落形态观察及计数,以及对十二烷基磺酸钠（SDS）敏感性测定的结果,发现在对数生长晚期（卡介苗为OD600=0.25～0.30,耻垢菌为OD600=1.0～1.4）开始诱导,cyc和AMP的浓度分别为1.0mg/ml及0.lmg/ml时诱导效果最好,诱导率可达80％左右。...
