雌二醇及雌酮对人子宫内膜细胞GJIC及连接蛋白的影响
【目的】 探讨雌二醇(E2)及雌酮(E1)对体外培养的人子宫内膜腺上皮细胞及间质细胞间隙连接细胞间通讯(GJIC)及连接蛋白(Cx)43?32表达的影响?【方法】 采用划痕染料标记示踪技术及激光共聚焦显微镜扫描技术(LSCM),观察E2及E1对原代培养的20例人子宫内膜腺上皮细胞及间质细胞GJIC的影响,采用激光共聚焦显微镜扫描技术,观察E2及E1对Cx 43?Cx 32表达的影响?【结果】 5 × 10-5 mol/L雌二醇作用48 h后间质细胞及腺上皮细胞GJIC功能没有明显变化(P > 0.05),2.5 × 10-5 mol/L雌酮作用间质及腺上皮细胞48 h后,细胞GJIC功能...
