Description
Summary:This study investigates factors influencing entrepreneurial intentions among business students in Bangladeshi universities, underpinned by the Theory of Planned Behavior. A total of 205 students from six institutions participated via structured questionnaires. Data analysis using t-tests, ANOVA, correlation, and regression revealed that teachers, course content, peers, and seniors positively impact entrepreneurial intentions, while entrepreneurial education showed no significant effect. Theoretically, the findings emphasize the role of subjective norms and perceived behavioral control in shaping intentions. Practically, the study highlights the need for mentorship, peer engagement, and experiential curricula. These insights guide educators and policymakers in designing more effective entrepreneurship programs.
