description | In the working process of hydraulic machinery,it is inevitable to suffer from the abrasion of fluid containing impurities.This paper introduces abrasion systematically and comprehensively from the following five aspects:the formation mechanism and classification of abrasion,the key factors affecting abrasion,the experimental method of studying abrasion,the application of computational fluid dynamics theory in abrasion,the protection and utilization of abrasion,points out the importance of abrasion research,describes four important factors affecting cavitation erosion and two important factors affecting sediment abrasion on the basis of summarizing the research progress and technical difficulties of relevant experts in this field,and the application of the currently mastered abrasion technology in various engineering fields such as biology,medicine,chemistry and mining,as well as puts forward the abrasion protection measures in terms of design,operation and manufacture,and three suggestions on the study of abrasion. |
