植物血凝素合并顺氯氨铂对移植性大鼠肿瘤W-256的作用的研究
植物血凝素（Phytohemagglutinin,简称PHA）是从豆类提出的一种糖蛋白,在体外试验上,能非特异性地刺激外周T淋巴细胞转化为淋巴母细胞。PHA还能缩小小鼠腹水瘤和地鼠肉瘤的肿瘤体积。顺氯氨铂（Cis—l）ichloro—diamine Platinum,简称DDP)是一种有前途的抗癌新药。我们试将PHA与DDP合并使用,目的是研究PHA+DDP联合应用对大鼠移植性肿瘤W268的疗效,同时与PHA或DDP单独应用作比较。...
