Description
Summary:Export competitiveness is one of the key measures of a country's strength in international trade. However, traditional models often fail to handle uncertainty, inconsistency, and layered complexities in export data. This paper introduces a new model that uses Neutrosophic SuperHyperTopology to measure a country’s export competitiveness in a more realistic way. Unlike classical models, this approach allows each trade componentsuch as policies, market access, logistics, and product value to be analyzed not only in terms of truth but also in degrees of indeterminacy and contradiction. The model creates a Neutrosophic Export Competitiveness Index (NECI) using advanced mathematical tools from neutrosophic set theory. It reflects not just how competitive a country is, but how uncertain, conflicting, or unstable that competitiveness may be. This framework brings a multi-level, multi-valued, and flexible way to study international trade dynamics under complex global conditions.
