Cannabis trafficking operations are currently getting more complex following skyrocketing benefits. Once a drug produced and sold by marginalized and isolated farmers to face economic pressures linked to neoliberal politics, cannabis is today integrated into complex networks under the supervision of Jamaican gangs and perhaps Mexican cartels. |
