description The study of this research highlights the dimension of language proficiency and cultural skills from English for Specific Purposes (ESP) by analysing learner needs with their language proficiency, public speaking skills, educational and professional backgrounds, and cross-cultural understanding to discover a various limit of the current teaching method. Emphasizing a mixed-methods approach, data collected through needs analysis surveys. The study draws from that learners in English for Specific Purposes (ESP) need more than just technical language skills. This research aims to tell the lack of elements from a curriculum and deliver a solution accordingly to the student’s needs. Authors highlight the ability to communicate confidently and navigate cultural differences to influences how well they learn and participate. Moreover, with the improvement of the curriculum design with both linguistic needs and real-world professional scenarios, this research contributes to refinement of ESP base framework curriculum. offering practical implications for educators, curriculum developers to face the realities faced by ESP learners in globalized, multilingual environments based within the data and coherence it with real world situations and needs. The research also provides suggestions for educators and curriculum designers to create materials that reflect both the language abilities and real-world needs of their students.
