description The electronic consumer usually purchases goods and services online from professionals or specialists and then discovers that these products or services do not match the description displayed on the website. The right of withdrawal is considered an infringement on the principle of the binding force of the contract, so we find that the Algerian legislator and comparative legislations have set controls and exceptions for it, which we will try to explain in detail in this article.
