自制新型吸引头在自体血液回收中的应用
摘 要: 【目的】 比较自制新型吸引头和传统吸引头在不同出血速度下对回收血液中红细胞溶血率的影响,探讨新型吸引头的临床实用性。 【方法】 收集骨科手术术后6 h内引流血90例,随机分为2组:A组(传统吸引头组),B组(新型吸引头组),各45例。各组再根据出血速度不同分为3个亚组,其中A1、B1组(V出血 = 2 mL/min),A2、B2组(V出血 = 4 mL/min),A3、B3组(V出血 = 8 mL/min),每个亚组15例,共6个亚组。建立体外负压抽吸模型,维持负压大小-0.02 MPa,调节抗凝剂滴速V = 1 mL/min。负压抽吸5 min后采集血样,通过检测血样中游离血红蛋白...
