国产萘普生[d2-(6＇-甲氧基-2＇-萘基)丙酸,Naproxen)在药理及临床上已证明具有良好的消炎、止痛及退热作用,且毒性低,是近年来合成的较好的非甾体消炎止痛药之一。但其代谢动力学的国内研究材料则尚未见有报道。本文主要观察广州市第八制药厂试制的萘普生在家兔及人体内的一些动态变化,供临床用药参考。...
