description Based on the existing problems of energy metering device, a high-precision energy metering device was designed toeffectively distinguish the various energy consumption data, so that it could ensure the accuracy and timeliness of energy consumptionmeasurement data. The proposed watt-hour meter device was introduced, including the design scheme, working principle, structurecharacteristic as well as the selection of components and optimized design of the circuit. Rationality of the electricity meter devicestructure, performance reliability, high accuracy of measurement data and good electromagnetic compatibility was verified byexperiments. Loading experiment results indicated that the meter equipment could fully meet the demands of the energy metering, datastorage, display and communication, which provided a reliable guarantee for energy saving and scientific management of the train.
