Special attention is paid to the creation of organizational and methodological relationships between professional education institutions and industrial enterprises. Substantiated the expediency and efficiency of use of personal technology functionally-oriented training of specialists in the educational structure of clusters. Consider the form and content of activity of employees of enterprises involved in the implementation of the cluster of educational Pro-grams. It is shown that the dominant factor of the process functional-based learning is the formation and development of competencies for professional activities. |
