脂蛋白肾小球病合并IgA肾病一例病理诊断
<正>脂蛋白肾小球病（lipoprotein glomerulopathy,LPG）是20世纪80年代末命名的一种以肾小球内大量脂蛋白栓子为特征的肾病<sup>[1]</sup>,至2013年为止,世界范围内报道不足100例,国内学者从1997年开始陆续报道了此病。Abo等<sup>[2]</sup>曾报道本病合并有IgA肾病,其免疫荧光染色发现有明显的IgA系膜区沉积。国内尚未有LPG合并IgA肾病的报道。本病合并IgA肾病在发病、治疗及预后方面的意义尚有待进一步探讨,免疫荧光、光镜及电镜检查在其诊断中具有十分重要的作用。...
