抗菌药物治疗活动期慢性溃疡性结肠炎的Meta 分析
【目的】评价抗菌药物辅助治疗活动期中、重度慢性溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。【方法】对有关抗菌药物辅助治疗活 动期中、重度慢性溃疡性结肠炎的前瞻性临床试验进行Meta 分析。【结果】抗菌药物辅助治疗的有效率比安慰剂高9 %～ 28 %, 平均高18%, 效率差异有显著性(P <0.0001)。【结论】抗菌药物辅助治疗活动期中、重度慢性溃疡性结肠炎有临床应 用价值。...
