Analysis on the cooperation between nurses and caregivers of elderly inpatients and its influencing factors (老年住院患者照顾者与护士协作水平及影响因素分析)
(目的 调查老年住院患者照顾者与护理人员协作关系的总体状况, 分析两者之间协作关系的影响因素, 从而为进一步采取措施促进双方有效协作提供指导和依据。方法 采用随机抽样方法, 于2022年4月—2023年4月选取北京市5家三甲医院的老年患者的照顾者230例作为研究对象, 采用患者及照顾者的一般情况调查表及跨文化调适后的家庭协作量表(FCS)进行调查。结果 老年住院患者的照顾者与护士的协作得分为(91. 1±10. 04)分, 其中照顾者的文化程度、是否与患者同住等因素影响照顾者与护士的协作水平(P＜0. 05)。结论 住院老年患者的照顾者与护士的协作水平处于中等偏上水平。护理人员应关注照...
