| description | To summarized the nursing of a lung cancer patient with COVID-19 treated with green nursing technology for tumors. Based on the syndrome differentiation, green nursing techniques including acupoint application Tiantu acupoint, moxibustion on Fenglong acupoint and Traditional Chinese Medicine ointment massage on Feishu acupoint were carried out, in combination with Baduanjin exercise, five-element music therapy and other routine nursing interventions. The combined application of tumor green nursing technology in the treatment of lung cancer patients with COVID-19 is conducive to improving cough-related symptoms, alleviating pain and improving patients' quality of life. (本文总结1例肺癌合并新型冠状病毒感染患者肿瘤绿色调护技术实施经验及护理护理经验。基于中医辨证, 采用穴位贴敷疗法作用于天突穴, 艾灸疗法作用于丰隆穴, 中药膏摩疗法作用于肺腧穴, 联合八段锦及五音疗法, 并配合病情观察、消毒隔离管理、用药护理等常规护理措施, 有利于缓解患者咳嗽症, 减轻患者痛苦, 提高生活质量。) |
