Summary:Taking tooth-locked-output harmonic drive as research object,the harmonic drive theory kinematic model is established.Based on the no-load deformation function and meshing equation,the flexible gear tooth tooth profile is set to obtain the conjugate rigid spline tooth profile.The nodal displacements of flexible gear neutral-layer are carried out in ABAQUS which is a finite element analysis software.Based on the load deformation law,the deformation function under load is fitted by fourier function.On this basis,the conjugate tooth profiles are modified.The method can be used to search the relationship among tooth profile,load and deformation and lay the foundation for tooth profile optimization and solving high-power harmonic drive strength and service life problem.
