Summary: | A dynamic model of journal bearing rotor system with roundness error is established, and a new generalized roundness error equation is derived based on the small displacement theory (SDT). The Reynolds equation is solved numerically under the Swift-Stieber boundary conditions, and the influence of the spin parameter of roundness error dx,which is characterized by SDT,on the oil film pressure, bearing capacity, critical speed and stability of sliding bearing is analyzed emphatically. The results show that the maximum oil film pressure is changed by the spin parameter of roundness error, and the oil film pressure increases with the increase of the spin parameter; in addition, the existence of journal roundness error is beneficial to the bearing capacity and stability of sliding bearing rotor system to a certain extent; among them, when eccentricity ε<0.8, the influence of journal roundness error on the bearing capacity of the system is more obvious, and when Sommerfeld number S>0.6, the influence of journal roundness error on the stability is less; at the same time, the critical speed of the system will increase with the increase of screw parameter, especially when eccentricity ε>0.6. |
