上皮性卵巢癌中Gal-3和Bcl-2的表达及临床意义
【目的】检测半乳糖凝集素-3（Gal-3）、B淋巴细胞瘤/白血病蛋白-2（Bcl-2）在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达，探 究二者与相关临床病理特征及预后关系，检验它们作为预测预后标记物的可能性。【方法】采用免疫组织化学方法，检测 98例上皮性卵巢癌组织、10例正常卵巢组织中Gal-3和Bcl-2的表达，分析二者与临床病理特征、预后的关系。【结果】98例 上皮性卵巢癌中，Gal-3、Bcl-2均为胞浆表达，Gal-3阳性率为76.5%（75/98），Bcl-2阳性率为51.0%（50/98），正常卵巢上皮不 表达Gal-3、Bcl-2蛋白。Gal-3与Bcl-2相关性无统计学意义。Gal-3...
