Summary:The existing payload has an urgent needs to shorten the maintenance time in technical requirements. This paper offered a new type of payload fast replacement mode. According to the kinematic simulation, replacement time of the new mode was deduced and details of its process was explicit introduced. Study of the influence factors which affect connection stability is analyzed by the finite element method and pointed out the relationship between structural loads and vibration frequency in working environment. The result shows that the new mode was able to shorten the maintenance time to 10% and met the requirements of the vibration environment of conventional nuclear missile launching device.
