| Summary: | Zhongshan City is surrounded by rivers,which is easily affected by typhoons,tides and floods.In view of exceed standard flood prevention in Zhongshan City,in this paper the current situation and shortcomings of flood control are systematically analyzed,guided by the combination of problems and objectives,it combines the foreign experience in dealing with exceed standard flood,which studies from four aspects,such as flood control concept,engineering measures,non-engineering measures and emergency measures,and puts forward exceed standard flood prevention strategies according to local conditions,such as consolidating dikes,regulating rivers,building floodgates at estuaries,constructing watershed fine forecasting and dispatching models,carrying out joint dispatching of dike gates and pump reservoirs,and strengthening storm surge and marine hydrological monitoring capabilities,which can solve the outstanding shortcomings of exceed standard flood prevention in Zhongshan City. |
