右心腔不同部位起搏对犬左室舒张功能的影响
目的: 观察犬右心腔不同部位起搏的急性血液动力学变化。方法: 选用健康犬 10 只, 先后进行右心房起搏 (RAP)、希氏束近端起搏( HBP)和右心室腔内近心尖部起搏(RVP) , 并测定有关血液动力学参数。结果: 与 RAP 比较, 在 HBP 状态下平均肺动脉压(mPAP)、肺毛细血管楔压( PCWP)和左室舒张末压( LVEDP)升高, 心输出量( CO)降低, 等容收缩期左室压 力最大上升速率(+dp/dtmax)、等容舒张期左室压力最大下降速率(-dp/dtmax) , 左室松驰时间常数( T)均无明显变化; RVP 状态 下mPAP、PCWP 和 LVEDP 升高,CO、+dp/...
