Summary:When running speed of high-speed freight EMU exceeds 250 km/h, wheel pressure difference caused by uneven load could lead to hidden danger of operation safety. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposed an intelligent loading system for EMU container based on genetic algorithm. The system uses high-precision weighing sensor and genetic algorithm calculation to realize intelligent weighing and gravity center calculation of container, and achieve virtual intelligent loading of high-speed freight EMU container. Test results show that the average calculated errors of gravity center in X and Y directions are not more than 1 mm, the wheel pressure deviation is not more than 4% and the axle load deviation is not more than 2% after packing with the generated packing process, which indicates that the system can strictly control the unbalanced load rate of train.
