Description
Summary:Under the action of summer sunshine, the aqueduct structure is in the state of internal cooling and external heat.It is of great significance to study the temperature difference and temperature stress of concrete box aqueduct under this condition.By establishing the finite element model of the aqueduct section and analyzing the temperature field and temperature stress field of the aqueduct under the influence of solar radiation and atmospheric temperature during the operation period,it can be concluded that:The effect of sunshine on the temperature of the outer surface of aqueduct structure is obvious, and the water temperature in the aqueduct mainly affects the temperature of the inner surface. The temperature difference between the inner and outer surfaces is large. The maximum temperature difference of the top plate is 23.4°C,and the peak temperature difference appear successively in the east web,top plate, bottom plate and west web.In addition, the temperature field also changes accordingly. The tensile stress on the inner surface of the top plate is the largest, which is 3.56 MPa,followed by the bottom plate, the east web and the west web.In the design of aqueduct, attention should be paid to the temperature stress caused by sunshine, and crack prevention measures should be taken to the crack prone parts.
