麝鼠香腺中凋亡体相关基因的表达

成年的雄性麝鼠（Ondatra zibethicus）下腹部背皮与肌肉间有香腺，可以在其繁殖季节分泌麝鼠香。香腺会随着繁殖周期生长与萎缩。为了探究凋亡体相关基因（Cytc、Caspase9、Apaf1）在香腺凋亡过程中的作用，通过RTqPCR技术检测了成年雄性麝鼠繁殖周期内香腺组织凋亡体相关的基因的转录水平。结果显示：在麝鼠香腺发育的周期中，Cytc基因与Caspase9基因的表达在6月时下调，Apaf1基因在6月时表达量无明显变化；8—10月3个基因变化趋势相同，均持续上调，到10月转录水平达到最高。由此推测，凋亡体相关基因在香腺的萎缩过程中起重要的调控作用。...
