CRIMINOLOGICAL MONITORING OF CORRUPTION COUNTERACTION
The authors critically analyze the corruption counteraction as a complex object of criminological control; they present the normative-legal and social-legal evaluation of a corrupt deal, which is defined as the basic sign of corruption crime.
