Summary: | Sports federations exercise delegated public functions and are governed by rules that must be ratified by the supervising administration: CSD or Autonomous Communities. This paper analyses some problematic issues, such as the nature of these rules. This work is drafted in line with the judgement 626/2024, issued the 15 April by the Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court, which deals with these questions in depth and establishes a relevant and peculiar doctrine, not only with regard to sports law, but also to general administrative law, in relation to the nature of the rules, administrative procedures or administrative silence. |
