Se describe qué es una clínica jurídica y cómo se trabaja en la Clínica Legal de la Universidad de Alcalá cuyo ámbito de especialización es el acceso a la justicia de las personas con una discapacidad o una enfermedad crónica. Más específicamente, se explica cómo se abordan las consultas que envían personas con VIH o asociaciones que representan y defienden sus derechos e intereses.
This paper exposes the role of legal clinics as a service-learning strategy in the field of legal education. It describes what a legal clinic is and how the work in the Legal Clinic of the University of Alcalá is focused on the access to justice for persons with a disability or a chronic disease. More specifically, it explains how the queries are managed that are sent by persons with HIV or associations that represent and defend their rights and interests.
