Wegener氏肉芽肿病是一种比较少见的疾病。一向临床方面报道较多,病理方面较少,尤其是有关尸检方面报道更少。在国内不超过5例。本文收集教研室8,000多例尸检中符合本病诊断的5例作综合分析,意图是对本病的特征进一步阐明,并对本病在诊断上的混乱进一步澄清,以期对临床诊断和治疗有所帮助。...
