Description
Summary:In response to the scaling problem of equipment, pipelines, drip pipes, and other components in the recycling process of heap leaching poor solution in a gold mine in Xinjiang, the main components of the scaling material were determined by analyzing the composition of the scaling material. The effects of different types and dosages of scale inhibitors, cycle time, temperature, and other factors on scale formation were analyzed under dynamic conditions. The impact of scale inhibitors on cyanide leaching and adsorption was evaluated, and a scale inhibitor with high scale inhibition rate and low cost was selected. The experimental results indicate that the addition of scale inhibitors can effectively solve the scaling problem in the process of poor liquid circulation and reuse, while also having considerable economic benefits.
