贵州麻阳河自然保护区黑叶猴肠道寄生虫初步调查
寄生虫感染是灵长类动物最常见的疾病之一。为了解麻阳河国家级自然保护区黑叶猴（Trachypithecus francoisi）肠道寄生虫的感染现状，采用饱和食盐水漂浮法对麻阳河自然保护区的3群黑叶猴的38份粪便进行寄生虫检查。结果显示：该区域黑叶猴至少感染了钩虫（Ancylostoma sp）、蛔虫（Ascaris sp）和蛲虫（Enterobius sp）3种寄生虫。寄生虫总感染率为658%，其中钩虫卵的检出率最高，为605%，蛔虫和蛲虫次之，分别为421%和79%。寄生虫总混合感染率为447%，其中感染2种寄生虫的占395%，感染3种寄生虫的占53%。研究表明，该地区黑...
