Summary:In order to study the temperature rise characteristic of clutch pressure plate under different engagement displacement. Firstly,the heat transfer mechanism of pressure plate is analyzed and its thermal boundary condition is determined. Then,by using the CATIA,a 3D model of the clutch pressure plate is set up,and the mesh generation of the 3D model is carried out by using the ANSYS. On this basis,by using the ANSYS,the clutch pressure plate temperature rise characteristic is calculated,the regularities of temperature field distribution and temperature rise characteristics under different engagement displacement are got. Finally,the test verification of the simulation result is carried out by using the clutch comprehensive performance test rig.
