多叶准直器与固定准直器在射波刀治疗胰腺癌中的剂量学特性比较
探讨M6型射波刀多叶准直器和固定准直器的胰腺癌治疗计划的剂量学特性。本研究回顾性分析河北医科大学第一医院2021年5月至2023年4月44例胰腺癌患者的射波刀治疗数据,通过制定多叶准直器(MLC)与固定准直器(FC)双计划进行剂量学对比。研究评估靶区覆盖率、适形指数(CI)、新适形指数(nCI)、治疗时间、出束跳数(MU)及危及器官受量等参数,并按靶区体积分组分析(小体积组≤60 cm³,大体积组>60 cm³)。结果显示:小体积组中MLC计划显著缩短治疗时间(降低32%)并减少MU(p<0.01),但FC计划展现出更优的靶区覆盖率((90.43±5.07)% vs...
