| Summary: | Wilms' tumor is a rare type of tumor in adult. Herein, we reported a case of 37-year-old female with adult Wilms' tumor (AWT) admitted in our institution. After a multidisciplinary team discussion, she underwent receiving immunotherapy plus chemotherapy and VEGF-targeted therapy. The tumor got smaller obviously after eight cycles of treatment. Our present case suggested that immunotherapy and anti-angiogenesis combined with chemotherapy is promising new approach for treating AWT. Moreover, we review the literatures reporting AWT with the purpose to improve the understanding of AWT treatment. |
