不同级别胚胎对小鼠子宫内膜的诱导作用研究
摘 要: 【目的】 探讨不同级别胚胎对子宫内膜肝素结合表皮生长因子(HBEGF)和白血病抑制因子(LIF)的诱导作用?【方法】 选用4 ~ 6周昆明小鼠,实验分为以下6组进行胚胎移植:①8细胞胚胎(8c),②8细胞胚胎+ 4细胞胚胎(8c+4c),③8细胞胚胎+ 2细胞胚胎(8c+2c),④4细胞胚胎(4c),⑤2细胞胚胎(2c),⑥5μL培养液为对照组(NC)?收集小鼠子宫内膜标本行荧光定量PCR?免疫组织化学?Western blotting技术检测HBEGF?LIF的表达情况;移植后第7天取出子宫,观察胚胎种植情况?【结果】 各组间HBEGF 和LIF的mRNA及蛋白的表达水平均具有显著...
