description | The value evaluation and benefit analysis of newly built sites have always been a problem that plagues operators’ network construction.Compared with the traditional evaluation methods based on coverage and complaints, a brand-new site value evaluation model was constructed from the dimensions of cost, revenue, adjacent base station load, and regional traffic development potential.The composition and calculation method of the specific index of the evaluation model were given, and the value score of the site was obtained by combining the weights of each index.Finally, suggestions were given for the applicable scenarios of the model, and practical application methods were illustrated with examples. |
