description The test bench for constant speed ratio experiment study of cone ring type CVT is developed based on the analysis of the structure principle of cone ring type CVT. Considering the unique structure of cone ring type CVT transmission pair and lubrication conditions,the CVT speed ratio control mechanism and cyclic traction oil temperature automatic control system are designed,and the integrated control of the test bench is realized. Based on the test bench,the durability and efficiency test methods for cone ring constant speed ratio experimental are put forward,and then the constant speed ratio and transmission efficiency experiment of cone ring type CVT transmission pair is carried out. The results show that the cone ring type CVT transmission pair and transmission efficiency perform well,the structure strength passes the verification,the transmission efficiency of each ratio is above 84% and a basis for the further optimization and improvement of cone ring type CVT is provided.
