| Summary: | The article focuses on the role and place of laboratory and research experiment in the training of specialists in the physical processes of oil and gas production. It gives the results of the conducted expert research on identifying the activities of specialists in physical processes of oil and gas production, which allowed us to determine that its dominant species is the performance of laboratory and research experiments. Here author represents the definition of "professional experimental and research competence". The author presents the functional model of the formation system of professional experimental and research competences of students during fulfillment of laboratory and experimental works. The article provides the conceptual principles for the design and implementation of innovative laboratory and research experiments using the systemic competence approach. The article points out the results of the formative experiment on formation of students' professional competencies experimental research confirming the appropriateness and effectiveness of the laboratory and research works technology. |
