A 11-item online survey encompassing demographic characteristics, previous experiences with injuries and injuries details was developed. The target group consistsoffencers from National Centre of Olympic Trainer for juniors(65.85%) andseniors(34.15%), from three cities: Bucharest (65.86%), Iasi (17.07%) and Brasov(17.07%). Descriptive statisticswere performed with SPSS 20.0 for Windows.The results showed that injuries to the lower body and on the dominant side were more frequent. Also, the most common injuries were ankle sprains and muscle strains in the thigh area, with the lower extremitybeing more susceptible to injuries. Specifically, male athletesrecorded a higher number ofhand injuries compared to female athletes.
