International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) has built a description framework of functioning, and becomes the effective basis of functioning domain knowledge representation. In this paper, we combine the necessary condition of constructing domain knowledge representation system, and analyze the key issues of functioning domain knowledge representation based on ICF including setting frame top concept, collecting terms, riching semantic relations etc., in order to provide a reference for the research of functioning domain knowledge representation. |
