Molecular diagnostic limitations led to classification as undifferentiated sarcoma. Treatment involved surgical resection, reconstruction, and adjuvant radiotherapy. Despite the rarity, this case emphasizes the importance of accumulating clinical data for a comprehensive understanding and improved therapeutic strategies for infrequent malignancies, facilitating informed decision-making in medical practice. |
