description Chronic heart failure (CHF) is one of the end forms of heart disease. Because of long duration and the upgoing recurrence rate, the rates of hospitalization, mortality and morbidity are high in recent years. At present, the treatment of CHF mainly focuses on drug treatment, but long-term drug treatment has liver and kidney toxicity. Compared with drug treatment, exercise rehabilitation training has many advantages, such as high safety, low cost, high compliance with patients, and saving social resources. In this paper, assessments and precautions before exercise rehabilitation, development and implementation of exercise rehabilitation program and the nursing after exercise rehabilitation are summarized and concluded, in order to develop the clinical treatment of CHF.
