description | According to the principle of space meshing,the equation derivation process of the tooth line on the cones of spiral bevel gear is introduced,and the tooth line equation of the expression with different cone angles is achieved.By using the Pro/E parametric modeling software,the 3Dsolid model models of a pair of spiral bevel gear in a certain type of vehicle transmission system is built,and the assembly,interfere check in the process of the dynamic mesh are carried out.Through the analysis of interference zone,the method of adjusting the gear tangential modification coefficient is proposed,and the assembly model of spiral bevel gear meshing pair is obtained,the advantageous condition for the finite element analysis of further is provided. |
