This research reviews the explanatory sentence in Arabic grammar and its functional connotation, which is a clarification of an ambiguous one, the removal of ambiguity, and the clarification of a previous sentence, whether the thumb is the result of the exploitation of a singular connotation, or of the thumb of the connotation of the sentence combined.
The research shows the explanatory sentence, which is a sentence of virtue that has no place in the expression revealing, clarifying and clarifying the truth of what follows, and its purpose is to show, detail and clarify the ambiguous sentence that comes before it, shows it and confirms it.
The research stopped that the explanatory sentence is the sentence that comes as an interpretation of a sentence that came before it, and reveals the truth of what preceded it and its interpretation, all through the mediation of the letter of interpretation that is associated with the interpreted sentence, which is the second sentence after the interpreted sentence in the explanatory sentence, and may not be associated with it, but it is characterized by a drowning in clarity, to reveal an unclear and cloudy meaning that is likely not to be interpreted, and directs it in a specific and clear direction, and reduces the possibility in its moral function, and the first functions of this type of sentence are Simplifying complexity and lifting what is ambiguous in them, and its function is to build a relational bridge, to connect speech to each other.
